Board certified as a pediatric physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist, Dr. Connie Domingo
has been with Weisman Children´s Rehabilitation Hospital since 1999. As the Medical Director, she
is in charge of all the clinical management and therapy prescriptions for children/adolescents
served at Weisman Children´s Rehabilitation Hospital. She graduated from UMDNJ - Robert Wood
Johnson Medical School and completed her training at Albert Einstein Medical Center and Temple
University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Domingo served as chief resident for pediatrics and
physical medicine & rehabilitation and received accolades, including Temple University Hospital´s
PM & R Resident of the Year Award and Albert Einstein Medical Center´s Student Teacher Award in
Dr. Domingo´s areas of expertise include pediatric traumatic brain injury, cerebral palsy, spasticity,
pain management, neuromuscular diseases, and sports medicine. She is on staff as a consultant
physician at Virtua Health System, Cooper University Hospital and St. Christopher´s Hospital for
Children. She has been recognized by her peers by being selected "Top Doc" in the SJ Magazine.

Our board certified pediatric pulmonologist Caitlin Papastamelos, M.D. guides the respiratory care delivered in our hospital.
Dr. Papastamelos completed her pediatric internship, residency and pediatric pulmonology fellowship at St. Christopher´s Hospital for Children. Dr. Papastemelos was assistant professor of pediatrics for Temple University School of Medicine and attending physician for St. Christopher´s Pulmonology Division from 1993 to 1997, medical director of respiratory therapy and medical director of pulmonary function for St. Christopher´s from 1994 to 1997, and medical director of respiratory services for Voorhees Pediatric Facility from 1993 to present, and the Weisman Children´s Rehabilitation Hospital since 1997.
Dr. Papastamelos´ specific interests have included respiratory disorders in children with neurological disorders and muscle weakness, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, and asthma education
. Dr. Papastamelos has written "A Practical Guide to Pediatric Respiratory Disorders" and "Textbook of Pediatric Respiratory Medicine", as well as several articles and abstracts that she has presented at national meetings and professional journal articles. She is also a member of the following national societies and organizations: American Lung Association, American Thoracic Society, American Sleep Disorders Association, as well as a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics, American College of Chest Physicians, and American Academy of Chest Physicians.
