Vineland Medical Day Part Time RN Position

MDC at Vineland currently has a part time position available for Registered Professional Nurses with at least one year of experience in the care of Medically Fragile/Technology Dependent children and is CPR certified.  This day shift position is 40hrs/pay (2-10hr shifts/week).

Child Life Specialist Vineland Medical Day Care

Weisman Children's Pediatric Medical Day Care in Vineland is looking for a full time Certified Child Life Specialist. The CCLS provides services to Medical Day Center children as an intergral member of the Medical Day Interdisciplinary Team. The candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree. Requirements:

Employee Benefits Coordinator

WCRH/VPF has a full time position available for the Benefits Coordinator position. This position requires travel to off-site facilities as needed.

Duties include:

  • Coordinates Monthly Orientation of new employees, organizing first day at WCRH and Benefit discussion at VPF.
  • Maintains employee HR and FMLA/NJFLA Files at WCRH.
  • Acts as liaison between staff and benefit vendors at WCRH and VPF.
  • Reports monthly payroll changes for benefit deductions to payroll department at WCRH and VPF.
  • Organize the Annual Service Awards luncheon at WCRH.
  • Places Employment Ads in various publications or web sites for WCRH. Communicates open positions to web site administrator and to all departments.
  • Files annual EEO Report at WCRH.
  • Assists with coordination of all Leaves of Absence, including FMLA and NJLA at WCRH.
  • Meets with management as needed for benefit related issues at both facilities.
