Weisman Children’s Medical Day Care Center is dedicated to providing a level of support and care for your child that no ordinary day care can provide. We offer a warm and loving special place for children between birth and five years of age with medical needs.
Every day that your child attends our medical day care, you’ll know that he or she is being cared for by a highly skilled and dedicated staff of nurses and aides with experience in caring for children with medical conditions. You can be sure that your child will always receive the care and attention he or she deserves.
Our dedication to your child is one of the many reasons families of special needs children turn to us for support.
Our staff provides:
- Daily activities planned specifically for your child
Supportive Therapy Services:
- Feeding/Swallowing Therapy
Additional Offerings:
- Consulting Behavioral Psychologist
- For children 3 and older, we will work with certified teachers to accommodate educational needs.
All medical day centers are funded by:
- Division of Developmental Disabilities
- Division of Youth and Family Services
The goal is to help your child reach his or her potential in a fun-filled and caring program. We realize that self-esteem, self-confidence and small triumphs of a child are often brought about by plenty of encouragement, hugs and smiles. Your child will thrive in our day care because we promote safe, healthy development through play, art, music and field trips.
