We also offer aquatic therapy in our Marlton and Washington Township locations. Our experienced therapists will design and deliver a personal treatment plan to meet your child´s needs.
What We Do Best
Our treatment focuses on developing functional skills and family education. Goals and treatment plans center on the unique needs of each child within the context of their daily lives. Family education focuses on helping caregivers understand and implement ways to carry over the skills learned in therapy into everyday activities.
Our therapists are experienced and skilled at treating a variety of diagnoses. Some of the more common diagnoses include, but are not limited to:
- Apraxia/coordination issues
- Auditory processing disorder
- Cerebral palsy/neuro deficits
- Expressive language disorder
- Feeding/swallowing disorder
- General deconditioning
- Genetic disorders
- Hearing impairments
- Oral motor function deficits
- Orthopedic injuries
- Post traumatic brain injury
- Sensory integration disorder
- Toe walking
Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children reach their potential in everyday activities. The goal is to promote functional performance through the integration of physical skills, social-emotional development, sensory processing and cognitive abilities.
Physical Therapy (PT) addresses motor development and skills for those with congenital, developmental, and acquired impairments and diagnoses.
Speech Language Therapy
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) focuses on maximizing each patient’s communicative potential. They assist children to be able to communicate with their family and friends to get their wants and needs known and to be able to socially function within the community.
Comprehensive evaluation and intervention is available to address oral motor delays/deficits, swallowing issues, behavioral issues and/or sensory issues.
