This 3-day course, solely for OT’s & COTA’s is classified as an introductory educational level course and has been designed to enhance the participant’s clinical knowledge of physical agent modalities as a powerful adjunct to the patient’s plan of care. Modalities covered in this course comply with NJ State Board requirements for PAM Certification: Ultrasound, Light, Diathermy, and Electrotherapy. The course utilizes learning techniques such as didactic, case studies, hands on application in lab with each modality and critical thinking activities.
